Compensation: $35 - $43/ hour

In this role, you will be working alongside a couple other Engineers and vendor specialists to help with ticket escalations, project completion, and Aloha POS engineering.

In this role, you will be working alongside a couple other Engineers and vendor specialists to help with ticket escalations, project completion, and Aloha POS engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Working on projects and taking escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2
- Escalating to vendors (if needed)
- Regular rollouts and project implementations
- Communicating with operations, marketing, finance
- Working with the internal team (with help or training)
- 4 years of IT Experience
- 2 years of Aloha POS Experience
- Knowledge on running projects
- NCR Product Experience (back office)
- Knowledge with Pen Pads
