Application Support Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Application Support Analyst to join their team!
You will work within a collaborative team to resolve technical support tickets for our client's various applications and teams.
Responsibilities:
- User application security and ticket triage support.
- Escalate tickets as needed if unable to triage and resolve.
- Maintain/manage professional communication with business users.
- Ability to work with all different personality types.
- 2 years of experience in support or application support
- Related degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance

- This position is a hybrid schedule: Monday-Wednesday onsite and Thursday-Friday work from home
