Location: Centennial, COCustomer Care Representative:Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Care Representative to join their team!
The Customer Care Rep is responsible for responding to customer contacts, completing outgoing 3-way calls and other related duties.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer phone calls, emails and written correspondence in a courteous and professional manner within the specified timeframes
- Outgoing 3-way & Collections Calls
- Obtain proper documentation from customer and update data change in systems
- Research and accurately update/submit credit dispute data via e-Oscar and update BOS/LSAMS and Excel tracking report
- Research payment change requests and VPPE issues
- Mortgage industry experience required
- Servicing call center experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance

- This position requires a background check, employment verification and education verification
- This position requires 2 days/week onsite
