Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Entry Level Accounts Payable Analyst Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AP Analyst to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Work with Accounting team and various points of contact to resolve any issues regarding invoices.
- Oversees the incoming invoices through the electronic database (EDI) and distributes invoices to AP for processing.
- Organizes returned check processes and determines appropriate distributions.
- Monitor and control the Auto-Pay Process.
- Associate Degree or 1-2 years of direct experience.
- Microsoft Office Suites
- Peoplesoft Highly Preferred.
- Effective Communication
