Mortgage Customer Service Agent:
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Mortgage Customer Service Agent to join their team!
The Mortgage Customer Service Agent is responsible for first level support for customers. This person will have the opportunity to join a great name in the banking industry!
Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls
• Resolve/escalate customer issues
• Track and inform customers of favorable rates

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Genuine call center experience is required
• Mortgage industry experience
