Office Support & Bill Pay Coordinator:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Office Support & Bill Pay Coordinator to join their team!

This person will be working for a Telecommunications that receives tens of thousands of invoices for a high volume of large enterprise clients both paper and digital. The Office Support & Bill Pay Coordinator will be responsible for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Reconciliations, auditing information for incorrect or missing data, general accounting responsibilities, and administrative tasks such as: documentation, paperwork, and special in-office projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate's Degree in Accounting OR 2 years' professional Accounts Payable experience
• QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online experience
• Presentable, personable, and outgoing personality
