Quality Assurance Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Quality Assurance to join their team!
As a QA Analyst, you will be working on a number of web applications to insure the quality of them. This will include developing and designing test scenarious and cases and executing them. You will work closely with business analysts and software engineers to bring the best possible product to market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases
- Tests will include systems, software, networks, applications and databases as well as regression tests.
- Using a tracking system you will log defects and errors.
- Colaberate with all stakeholders in sprints and sprint planning.
- You will help in the creation of documentation and training to end users.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field, or 2 years of equivalent industry experience.
- Strong spoken, and written communication skills and techical aptitude.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Aptitude of learning new software and techincal skills.
- Basic understanding of databases that include MySQL, MariaDB, and NoSQL.
- Previous experience using test management tools.
