Responsible for serving as the technical lead/consultant on complex, multi-disciplinary software projects and for technology ownership of all aspects of products through the entire product lifecycle. Responsible for managing the development and support of in-house developed or third-party purchased systems to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Product Management
- Product Development Leadership and Product Lifecycle Management
- Technical Support
- Administration and Communication
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science; or equivalent experience.
- 5 years’ experience with broad exposure to information technology systems/processes, programming/engineering, or management of information technology projects OR two years as a Product Technology Owner (I). Very familiar with all aspects of systems analysis, design, and implementation of technology in a business environment and with the principles of design thinking and agile software delivery.
- Ability to lead through influence and accomplish through collaboration with others. Incumbent should have excellent written and oral communications skills. Must exhibit strong time management skills. Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Possesses good problem-solving skills. Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices and procedures. Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and SQL Server and/or DB2.
- College degree, preferably in technology related fields of study. Project Management Professional Certification. Certified Scrum Master.
- Experience in system analysis in a business environment. 2 years managing or leading IT related projects and project management process. 3 years working in or with agile software delivery teams. Subject matter expert in all aspects of design and application development on more than one system.
- Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills and knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, Project Web App and Server SharePoint.
- This is a fully onsite role in Tulsa, Oklahoma. No hybrid.
