As the senior level project manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a large project that spans across our entire organization.
Responsibilities:
- You will coordinate numerous teams to define project requirements, allocate & assign resources, manage timelines and costs.
- Effective communication, adaptability, and risk mitigation are essential skills.
- 10 years of Project Management
- Specific IVR (Intercative Voice Response) and IVA (Intelligent Virtual Agents) experience
- Five9 or similar implementation experience
- PMP certification
- Strong vendor relationship management
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
- Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance

- This is a hybrid position in Tulsa, Oklahoma
