Our client, an adult day health center, is looking to hire a full-timeRegistered Nurse!This is a Monday - Friday, daytime position. Dementia experience is aplus.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide nursing care and administer medication to participants according to individualized plan of care, physician's orders, and emergent needs, and document clinical and progress notes on participants' medical records.
• Coordinate the completionand ensure the accuracy ofeach participants initial and ongoing assessments.
• Coordinate the development, ongoing review, and revision of each participant's plan of care.
• Respond appropriately to any acute changes in a participant's health or functioning.
• Articulate and communicate the organization's mission and strategic direction in a consistent and enthusiastic manner to departmental staff and external entities.

Qualifications include:

• Massachusetts RN license required, BSN preferred
• CPR/First aid certification
• 2 years experience in community nursing and/or geriatric nursing, strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to travel between sites, as necessary
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
