• Candidates must possess 6-8 years of patent litigation experience, with a focus on drafting and responding to pleadings, preparing infringement and invalidity claim charts.
• Experience engaging in Markman and claim construction proceedings, overseeing patent-specific fact and expert discovery, handling inter partes reviews, and formulating overall litigation strategies is required.
• Experience in patent trials is advantageous.
