About the Role
Incentiv is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our founding team. The role requires a self-starter, clear communicator, and someone passionate about partnering with other functions to set the strategic vision, design direction, and visual polish required to fuel our next era of growth. This role will partner across disciplines to drive an understanding of our users, define opportunities, set the strategic vision for our experiences, and deliver high-quality designs across UI, UX, and company collateral.
We are looking for candidates with a high degree of comfort with the full product design process - from research and discovery to ideation to execution. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of ownership, drive, and the ability to influence product direction to meet aggressive goals.
As a new company, we are eager to have the design function as part of the company's foundation - this is a unique opportunity to build not only a best-in-class product from the ground up, but also grow the maturity of a new design function and its impact on strategy and delivery.
This role will report directly to Incentiv’s Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

Benefits: In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive a “founding team” equity grant in the form of stock options. Pay Range: $150-175k
