Key Responsibilities:

• As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service.
• You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
• In this role, you are expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions.
• You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance, Expert proficiency in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Advanced proficiency in Business Operation Management, and Advanced proficiency in Project Portfolio Management Tools are recommended.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize program/project outcomes.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of Project/Program management experience
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or Higher
