• We are hiring for our client, a multi-national medical device manufacturer.*
• Pay Rate : *$22 / hr on W2 (no benefits)
• Duration : *12 Month Contract
• Shift : *Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Responsibilities*
• Facility Management * *
• Acts independently as the initial point of contact for all site facility-related matters.
• Creates PR / POs and manages the invoicing process
• Approved to make minor discretionary purchases.
• Manages and supervises all soft and hard services, partnering closely with the local landlord, building management, site-based employees, or facility vendors as required.
• Conducts stakeholder management meetings.
• Maintains site records and documents.
• Manages facilities requests.
• Supports the facilities team on all relevant projects, reporting, and programs.
• Supports energy and waste / recycling efficiency initiatives with monthly program updates, reports, and tracking.
• Provides access, training, and support to staff on facility equipment.

Front of House Services

• Provides additional support to front-of-house services as required.
• Manages visitor management and incoming phone calls.
• Conducts site inductions.
• Manages office mail / courier services.
• Manages access control arrangements.
• Orders office supplies.
• Books and sets up meeting rooms.
• Resupplies office and café consumables.
• Manages site notices, signs, and certificates.
• Supports the Facilities Specialist / Manager as required.

Safety Support

• Supports the site's safety arrangements.
• Provides direct support to the regional HSE management through reporting of non-compliance issues.
• Monitors and restocks first aid supplies.
• Maintains and communicates HSE / Emergency information to visitors visiting the office for the first time.
• Assists with evacuation / shelter in place procedures.
• Qualifications*
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good literacy, numeracy, and IT / Microsoft Office skills required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a facility support role or 5 years’ experience in a similar corporate environment, front of house services, hospitality services, or other facilities-related discipline, including invoice and supplier support preferred.
