Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic plans to meet sales targets and have Home Care industy experience
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth by creating new referral sources and working with existing referral sources
- Identify new business opportunities by leveraging market insights and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts.
- Manage projects related to business development initiatives.
Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and market analysis.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
