Job Description
The therapy team at Lomond Peak Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)! This is a part time position with approximately 15-20 hours available per week. Located in Ogden, UT - Lomond Peak is a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) set against the mountains and hosts amazing residents.
**This is a position that requires a state-issued license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Any applications without a state-issued license will be immediately disqualified.

What do we ask from you?
Requirements
- Current Utah - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- Associates degree from accredited university
- Effective communication
- Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care
- Enjoys working with the general population of a skilled nursing facility
Job Duties
- Occasionally treat clinically complex patients
- Provide competent care for geriatric patients
- Provide adaptive ADL-retraining
- Learn documentation process and maintain productivity standards
