Job Title: Caregiver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, patient care, and possess knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Provide medication reminders as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
- Lift and transfer clients safely when necessary

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, particularly in senior care or long-term care settings
- Knowledge of dementia care practices are a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
