In this role, you will receive a competitive base salary of $70,000, complemented by a generous commission structure.

Responsibilities:

• Embrace a dynamic role that involves travel, requiring reliable transportation.
• Lead and guide our marketing department and team of marketers.
• Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies to effectively promote our home care services to both potential clients and referral sources.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Conceptualize and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email, and print media.
• Foster close collaboration within the team to develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key referral sources, such as physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
• Collaborate on the creation and deployment of impactful marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Conduct detailed analysis and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to refine strategies as needed.
• Maintain diligent oversight of the marketing department to ensure all team members fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
