Job Description
Our Agency represents all the A rated carriers writing insurance in Florida. We have a great portfolio of products which enables us to offer our clients a vast array of insurance options at the most competitive rates. We specialize in personal lines primarily auto and homeowners. We also write all commercial lines, medical, group and investment accounts.
We are excited to add another highly motivated individual to become part of our team. We are a group of successful professional insurance Sales representatives. Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our agency and become part of our family.
You must be highly coachable, forward professional, with excellent communication and thinking, have advanced computer skills, be able to work independently under pressure, and professional in appearance to qualify.
Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily
Willingness to learn and be coachable
A great self-starter
Basic computer skills
Being able to identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including centers of influence, networking, referrals, mail-outs, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
Setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers.
Properly explaining products and coverages based on the individual understanding of clients’ needs.
Calling, presenting and selling Insurance products and services
Being able to cross sell existing customers with new products.
Career minded vision
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations
Multi-tasking skills
Setting goals with an action plan
Building long term relationships
