Position Summary

The Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist will be responsbile for the collection of the performance measures on the Comprehnsive IDD Managed Care Pilot Program waiver performance measures. The QI Specialist will analyze and evaluate data to identify trends and changes in performance; develops strategies and plans to address performance issues and gaps. Monitors and reports on performance improvement initiatives. Assists in the design and implementation of quality assurance systems and processes and monitors progress of initiatives to ensure goals/targets are being met. 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree required; LPN, RN, LCSW, Dietician preferred. 2- 3 years experience in quality improvement or performance Improvement in healthcare required. Experience working with the developmentally disabled community preferred.
