We’re hiring a full-time truck driver. You’ll report directly to the General Manager and work independently to accomplish our mission of being a dynamic customer-driven company focused attentively on listening, leading and communicating with integrity and honesty. You will be delivering the best all natural pet products in the world.

You Have:

• Delivery driving experience: 1 year (required)
• Comfortability driving for extended periods of time
• Comfortability working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, and noise while working around moving industrial equipment and/or elevated stations
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to receive feedback and work well with others
• Experience driving a 22-26 ft box truck in metro areas
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack, material handling equipment, and/or powered industrial equipment
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Excellent driving record-must provide driver abstract
• Have a current Medical Card or will provide proof within 30 days of hire
• Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Able to work overtime when required, and/or weekends when required
• Basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply and divide on calculator
• Excellent Attendance History
• Ability to lift 65 lbs. to waist height throughout workday
• Ability to lift 45 lbs. over your head throughout workday
• Able to perform all job responsibilities of a driver for a light-medium duty route/environment
• Willing to work until the job is done

Shifts, Pay, and Benefits:

• Remote work - No
• Delivery area - Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho
• Full-time Monday through Thursday with 6/8:00 start time
• Start times and days may vary for holidays or special deliveries
• Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
• Benefits:
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance – full time employees are eligible to participate after their first 60 days - 70% employer contribution
• PTO after 90 days (Vacation Pay, Sick Pay, Holiday Pay - 180 days)
• Matching 401K after 1 year

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDL
• PIE equipment operator certification
• First Aid certification
• Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
