Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

- Collaborate with family members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with assisted living facilities and care systems.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
