Basic Requirement(s)Education: A graduate or higher level degree, bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing. Degree from Foreign Nursing School: Official certification from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools is required for individuals who graduated from foreign nursing schools.

In addition, they must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.

- Collaborates with the Assistant Chief Nurse Executive-Inpatient and medical staff in the establishment of clinic objectives consistent with the goals and mission of the agency. Participates with the ambulatory nursing performance improvement coordinator to assure compliance with the Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation standards.
- Perform nursing care duties, maintain nursing skills to cover staff shortages by performing patient assessment (triages, treatment and evaluation) on all ages of patients.
- Manage the clinical unit by providing adequate staffing, unit organizational functions, unit safety and communications are plan and information is disseminated to the staff.
- Resolves grievances and complaints.
- Maintain competency in nursing skills, knowledge, practices, procedures, leadership and management.
