Job Summary:
Perform custodial duties to include sweeping,mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, cleaning windows, dumping trash, replacinglight bulbs, moving furniture.Assist in unloading freight asassigned. Located on the Centerville Campus.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Custodial training preferred.
• Should have experience in custodialassignments involving buildings and building equipment.
• Ability to work independently on aday-to-day basis.
• Must have knowledge of building cleaning,operation of janitorial equipment and general labor work.
• Must be able to lift or move cartons,furniture, and material up to sixty pounds.

Work Performed:

• Report for work assignments at designated location.
• Sweep and maintain floors in assignedareas, including waxing and buffing, vacuuming and carpet cleaning asneeded.
• Keep walls, windows, trash cans,chalkboard/markerboard, erasers clean.
• Do dusting as needed.
• Gather and dump trash in assigned area.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Clean windows in assigned area.
• Do minor maintenance assignments.
• Clean and replenish supplies in restroomsin assigned area.
• Keep Facilities Supervisor aware ofmaterials and supplies needed to complete assignments.
• Responsible for night lock up in assignedarea or building.
• Install towels in cabinets in yourassigned area.
• Report any suspicious activities tosupervisor and security.
• Maintain regular and consistentattendance at work.
• Perform duties in accordance with OSHAregulations.
• Successfully complete all required OSHAtraining.
• Other tasks as assigned.
