Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Controller at Indian River Club. The Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the club, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. They will also be in charge of payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Controller will work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and make strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA designation or relevant certification is preferred
• Experience in the sports or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
