Do you have a keen eye for labor laws and regulations (not the most thrilling, but absolutely essential)? Can you provide expert HR guidance to our incredible member cooperatives to help drive their success? If so, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team!

Indiana Electric Cooperatives (IEC) has been around since 1935, and today our member cooperatives serve more than 1.3 million Hoosiers. At IEC, we work hard for our members and the communities we serve. We provide our members with the support they need to power their communities.

We offer an excellent benefit package that includes :

  • Health, vision, life and disability insurance
  • Identity theft insurance
  • Opportunities for learning and development
  • Supportive culture and a work / life balance

In this role, you will play a key part in fostering an exceptional employee experience for both our internal staff and new recruits while also serving as a valuable resource for our member cooperatives. As a member of our education and development team, you will contribute to initiatives that support growth and engagement for our members across the state of Indiana.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently when needed.
