Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance is Hiring an Insurance Agent Near Fortville, IN

Currently searching for a self-motivated entrepreneur that would like to grow a business and passive income by running and growing an Insurance Book of Business. The sales include but not limited to: personal lines (home/auto), commercial insurance, life insurance, health insurance, and more. The candidate will be fully licensed producer in property/casualty as well as life/health.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be required to make relationships, maintain relationships, and expand relationships in order to sell insurance, maintain clients, and cross sell current clients. They will have to be self-motivated to find people and/or businesses to quote.

Qualifications

Excellent soft skills are required. A bonus if you are already P/C and life/health licensed because that is required before onboarding. Social media skills help to foster leads as well.

Pay Scale: $2000/mo plus full commission and bonuses, plus renewal schedule after 1st year of hitting marks
