Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops and enhances training programs for Insurance agents.
• Provides support for Agents in Insurance concepts and sales.
• Designs training resources for all insurance products and systems.
• Facilitates sales training using a variety of methods, including live presentations, web conferencing, computer-based training, and one on one contact with Agents.
• Continuously assesses, develops, and improves their training programs.
• Gathers and compiles information regarding trainings and analyzes and adjusts discrepancies.
• Creates training using storyboards.
• Attends conferences related to talent development.

Knowledge and Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of training and facilitating experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience developing instructor-led and self-guided training courses and materials.
• Experience facilitating trainings.
• Interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to guide and motivate others.
• Ability to explain concepts, systems, and procedures to help develop professional.
• Must have effective utilization of computer systems including company and industry related software for essential job functions.
• Must be able to travel to other offices for trainings about 25% of the time.
• Must maintain a minimum performance standard for trainers at all evaluation point.
