Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Lead Senior Financial Analyst to join the Consolidations team at our Indianapolis location. The Lead Senior Financial Analyst will also be heavily involved in supply chain – including monitoring accrued inventory, monitoring “received not invoiced” inventory, and leading monthly discussions with supply chain leaders.

The Lead Senior Financial Analyst is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting and Budgeting. This position will be responsible for helping with the accounting, reporting, and budgeting function for its related facilities. This includes monthly financial reporting packages (both internal and external, in adherence with GAAP), annual operating budgets, projections, variance analysis, account analysis, implementation of procedural and reporting improvements and development of effective business relationships. Prior audit experience is preferred as this position will be involved with the internal and external audit process. The incumbent will display effective planning and organizational skills; be results oriented; and possess the ability to competently manage multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Degree in Finance or related field a plus.
• Requires 3 years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; at least 2 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred.
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
