IU Health Bloomington's Central Telemetry Unit is committed to delivering the best, high quality, compassionate care to our patients. We focus on a partnership approach to deliver excellent care to every patient. Our nurses possess attributes of clinical expertise, accept learning, spirit of inquiry, professionally engaged and cultivate new relationships. We are a great unit to build a strong nursing foundation and critical thinking while working with an excellent team of nursing staff.

This position responds to Codes/Rapid Responses. Prior experience in critical care is preferred.

Qualifications/knowledge/skills/abilities

• Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
