What we are looking for:
indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time DMV Title Clerk to join our Lamborghini/Rolls-Royce/McLaren Houston team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment, with an abundance of growth opportunities for our most talented team members.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Complete TX DMV Registration paperwork and Out of State Transactions.
• Verify legal documents relating to transfer of vehicles Retail and Wholesale to the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states).
• Post accounting entries related to all DMV registration transactions.
• Maintain DMV and Payoff schedules, processing refund checks to customers and lenders if needed.
• Courteously contacting customers if needed pertaining to registration documents.
• Assist in obtaining titles for trades and wholesales.
• Keeping management and sales department up to date with status of outstanding registration items.
• Ensure the Tax and Title Fees are properly completed and collected.
• Promptly process documents to ensure tax and fees are reported and paid in a timely manner.
• Assist with processing Wholesale deals in accounting.
• Other, ad hoc duties as assigned.

The opportunity is for you if you have:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration strongly preferred
• 2 years' experience title processing strongly preferred
• Previous Accounting experience required
• Previous CDK / ADP experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated and diligent
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
• Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
