What We Are Looking ForindiGO San Francisco’s Marin campus is seeking a full-time, in-office Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team. This is a wonderful entry-level opportunity to work with a cohesive and supportive team that is excited to train a new team member.

- Assist with the talent acquisition process, which may include recruiting, interviewing, and administering onboarding documents to new hires
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions as requested
- Assist management with screening job candidates, complete initial phone screens if needed
- Assemble new hire packages and ensure adequate supplies at each location
- Work with local management team to plan small employee events
- Provide innovative ideas to help streamline the HR department’s operations
- Perform monthly personnel records audits
- Organize department electronic record keeping
- Audit and enforce compliance testing completion across the company
- Assist with additional compliance-related reports and tasks as needed
- Code HR-related bills
- Support HR Business Partner, Manager, and Director with ad hoc requests and projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
- Previous HR Internship or HR Administrator experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual skills a plus - English/Spanish.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Open to learning and adapting to change.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
