Position Summary:

Indio Management seeks an independent and fast-paced Groundskeeper to join our team! The Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanness of the physical apartment complex and vacant apartments under the system of the Community Director. 

Essential Functions:

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Director, and Assistant Community Director. 
• Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary.
• Report any abnormal situation to the Community Director. 
• Other duties assigned.

• Awareness of safety on all equipment and perform necessary policy and rules to ensure the safety of employees.
• Professional appearance with uniform or badge
• Have a cheerful, willingness and passion for your job

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, or general equivalency degree (GED), preferred 
• Must have a minimum of 3-months experience in a similar role/related experience
• Prior housekeeping experience is highly preferred.
