Key Responsibilities:
- HR Compliance and Recordkeeping:
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and regulations including FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA, AAP, OSHA, and HIPAA.
- Manage regulatory reporting and recordkeeping, including EEO-1, VETS 4212, and ACA compliance.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including handling qualifying events and managing annual open enrollments.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist with less complex employee relations matters, providing support and guidance to employees and managers.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Conduct exit interviews for departing employees, gathering feedback to improve retention strategies.
- Policy Implementation:
- Adapt, implement, and execute Indra Group HR policies in line with local requirements and company goals.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the administration of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Training and Development:
- Support the implementation of training plans, talent development initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Leadership Support:
- Act as a backup for the HR Director in their absence and be considered as a potential successor.
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Dynamics, Concur experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including U.S. employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA, AAP, OSHA, HIPAA).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Multilingual in Spanish or French is preferred but not required.
