Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Salary range: $23-$26/hr. depending on experience
Location: Onsite/Not eligible for remote

Job Summary: We are searching for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our AP team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The AP clerk will have daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

Objectives of this role:
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Perform invoice data entry
- Generate purchase orders when necessary
- Assist senior financial officers as needed
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Code documents according to company procedures
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence
- Match invoices to purchase orders and pack slips and record the necessary information
Compensation details: 23-26 Hourly Wage
