Job Description :

The Field Construction Coordinator will be responsible for developing comprehensive Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and ensuring the seamless coordination of construction activities in the field.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of construction processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop Construction Work Packages (CWPs) :
• Create detailed CWPs that include scope of work, schedules, materials, resources, safety plans, and quality control measures.
• Ensure CWPs comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Field Coordination :
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for CWPs.
• Communicate effectively with field personnel to ensure understanding and proper execution of CWPs.
• Monitor and report on the progress of field activities to ensure adherence to CWPs.
• Documentation and Reporting :
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to project management and clients.
• Safety and Compliance :
• Ensure all field activities comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards in CWPs and field operations.
• Quality Control :
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of fieldwork to ensure compliance with CWPs and quality standards.
• Resource Management :
• Coordinate the allocation of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage changes to CWPs and field operations as needed to accommodate project adjustments.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and managing Construction Work Packages.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
