Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Pay: $80-100K/year - Based on experience

Location: Denver, Colorado

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:

Industrial Talent Group is a leading construction company specializing in Structural Steel. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

They are a small sub, so the PM will have multiple responsibilities and needs to be open to office and field work and will be asked to estimate projects as they get busy. They will also be the point person for the customer to ensure the completion of work is accurate and on time.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, budgeting, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring all projects are completed to the highest quality standards, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Project Planning and Scheduling:**

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

2. Budget Management:

- Prepare and manage project budgets.

- Monitor project costs and ensure financial efficiency.

- Approve expenditures and track project financials.

3. Team Management:

- Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.

- Assign tasks and responsibilities and monitor performance.

4. Risk Management:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

5. Client Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

- Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management with structural steel

- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management software (Bluebeam).

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
