- Training will be provided to the right person with mechanical abilities.

- Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous.

- Must be able to follow instructions and exercise good judgment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required.
- High school diploma or similar.
- Troubleshoot and assist production lines efficiently and safely to minimize downtime.
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment.
- Maintain production lines to keep running efficiently.
- Substantial sign-on bonus after 90 days
