Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician for field service to join our team! Our electricians will travel to our customer locations in the oil and gas industry to assist with setting up new locations including substations, and well service sites. Our electricians will travel to existing locations to repair/replace/test existing equipment such as transformers, generators, turbines, and motors.
Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed
• Install new electrical systems and repair existing systems
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
• Installation of various electrical equipment including transformers, motors, VFDs, and distribution panels
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and other professionals

Qualifications :

• Journeyman Electrician License (Preferred)
• Valid Drivers License
• OSHA 10
• Safeland (PEC)
• TWIC
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Background in industrial or maintenance work
• 2 years of PLC/VFD programming experience (preferred)
• Experience maintaining medium voltage transformers
• Experience in electrical and mechanical service
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
• Proficient in electrical (70%), electronics (20%) and mechanical (10%) tasks
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes
