About the Role: Business Development Manager 

As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our capital-raising efforts, identifying and cultivating relationships with potential investors. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth by expanding our investor base and fostering strong partnerships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential investors through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking interactions and progress in CRM systems.
  • Conduct introductory meetings and presentations to educate investors about Rastegar Property Company and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized investment proposals and presentations tailored to investor needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing investors, providing ongoing support and communication to enhance investor satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent Rastegar Property Company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility and attract potential investors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or fundraising roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
