Industry Nine Componentry is Hiring a Regional Sales Representative Near Asheville, NC

Position Summary:

Industry Nine is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Asheville, NC office. This role will oversee a substantial US territory (TBD), focusing on increasing sales for existing and new retail accounts, and strategizing and executing brand awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with retail partners to drive revenue growth and boost brand awareness
  • Conduct market analysis and develop corresponding sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align with business objectives and product initiatives
  • Report monthly performance metrics by region, product, and category 
  • Develop seasonal forecasts with primary accounts and plan new events, promotions, and in-store displays
  • Plan and execute travel routes efficiently to maximize time and effectiveness when visiting dealers and activating at events
  • Travel approximately one week per month for shop visits, trade shows, and events

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years experience in the bike industry as a sales professional
  • Demonstrated sales talent with a passion for all aspects of cycling
  • Ability to work independently and be motivated by achieving results
  • Strong goal-setting and prioritization skills
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
