Our off-site housing consists of five 2-unit workforce housing trailers approximately half-mile from the facility. Each unit has its own bedroom and bathroom, small living area, and either a stovetop and small fridge or stove/oven and apartment size fridge. Each trailer has a main “mudroom” and shared laundry. We do supply basic dishes/utensils/pots/pans, towels, and bedding. Housing is for travelers only, with no family, and no pets. There is also no public or private transportation.

• $33/hr or $1188 /eek (36 hours guaranteed) = ($612/wk non-taxable/stipend $576/wk taxable pay

We are a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic that offer long-term care, inpatient, skilled swing bed, outpatient, and ER services. We do not do surgery or OB. Your assessment skills and interventions help manage the multiple chronic conditions of our long term care residents; acute care skills are needed for intermittent patient medical admissions for pneumonia, COPD exacerbations, diabetes exacerbations, etc; and, yes, even ER care of patients can be a part of your day. We are a state-designated trauma receiving facility.

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS Certifications.
• A year of Acute Care, and LTC RN experience.
• LPN license in MT.
• EMR used: Athena
