Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in medical procedures, surgeries, and trauma medicine
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks
- Provide education to patients and families on disease prevention and management
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care

EQUIREMENTS: • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred • Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) required • Current American Heart Association BLS certification required • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification required • Demonstrated excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required.
