OverviewJoin our team as a Director to lead the ICU and Pre/Post Cath Lab areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting safety and well-being. This is a full-time position on day shifts, offering a competitive salary range of $115,000-$125,000/year along with comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate nursing practice and administrative activities for the ten-bed Intensive Care Unit and eight-bay Pre/Post Cath Lab area.
- Organize, plan, and lead nursing service functions and activities, overseeing Intensive Care program development, policies and procedures, staff education, and competency development.
- Ensure compliance with nursing care standards set by regulatory agencies and institutional policies.
- Maintain open communication with staff to drive performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge of nursing and management practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
