Responsibilities
- Prioritize patient care based on the severity of their condition
- Rapidly stabilize incoming patients, delivering timely treatments
- Administer medications following physician instructions
- Perform tasks such as starting IV lines, setting fractures, tracheotomies, and intubations
- Provide wound care including sutures and stitches
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist in transferring stable patients to other hospital units
- 8-week contract with night shifts totaling 3 days a week (12-hour shifts, 7 PM - 7 AM)
