Salary Range: \(250,848 to \)301,017 per year (dependent on experience), with a $50,000 sign-on bonus for a three-year commitment, annual performance bonus, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical school
• Completion of a residency training program and board eligibility or board certification (unless specifically exempt) by the appropriate board of the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association
• Possession of an Alaska State License and a DEA License
• Proficiency in computer skills necessary to access computerized medical records
• Skills and knowledge to practice in the relevant specialty area
• Capability to supervise medical students, residents, physician extenders, and community Health Aide clinical practice

Compensation Details

• Guaranteed base annual salary of $250,848 for a three-year contract
• Retention bonus:
• Years 1 & 2 at 7%: $17,559.36
• Year 3 at 9.1%: $22,827.17
• Annual performance bonus: $60,000 (paid out quarterly)
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000 for a three-year contract
• Relocation incentive: \(15,000 for individual relocation; \)20,000 for family relocation
