Job SummaryWe are looking for a training specialist to help employees, trainers and work with the organization to develop their skills and knowledge. The expectation of the role is not only to transfer knowledge and skill but also motivate and set examples to achieve high levels of excellence through detailed analysis, collaboration with stakeholders both internal and external, and introducing technology into training.
Resources: Laptop will be provided by the organization
General workdays: Monday – Friday (Business related travel over weekends may be a requirement)
Off-shore Connects: Since the role involves working with the off-shore team that could be based in India or other countries, flexible timings could be a requirement.

Experience Requirement
- Min. 8-10 years’ experience in managing New Hire Training, On-the-Job training and Coaching for Healthcare players in the US for Voice and Back-office related transactions.
- Managing a team of consisting of Sr. Trainers, Asst/Unit Managers, Asst Managers and Managers
- Preparation and appearing for audits, client meets, idea generation sessions.
- Travel to other locations (global) of the organization or client sites for transitions, solutioning and due diligence or knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Imparting training/coaching wherever required for the purpose of development of staff at different levels either in person or virtually.
- Implementation of AI based training techniques or projects that help enhance training and bring about measurable results in efficacy and efficiency.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs for new and existing employees in a variety of formats.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or by analyzing performance data.
- Create instructional material such as modules, manuals, handbooks, multimedia presentations, and job aids.
- Select and administer training methods such as individual coaching, group instruction, self-study, eLearning, gamification, and simulations.
