Job responsibilities would include inbound & outbound calling, responding on emails and triaging technical and non-technical queries or complaints related to migration of applications. Should have working knowledge and understanding of various Operating Systems (Unix/Windows), Middleware, Desktop, Laptop, VPN, APIs and FTP.
Should have the ability to triage technical and non-technical client queries, read verbose logs, for IPs, URLs, etc.,
Good to have understanding of
Transmissions, firewalls, protocols, and security
Various FTP communication technologies
FTP transport and payload security technologies
Cryptography settings (ciphers, KEX, HMAC)
Application and system logs
