Learning & Development Coordinator - (Hybrid – Camden, NJ)

We are actively seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator with strong organizational skills for a Hybrid role in a Contract capacity with our client, a leader in the global CPG space. This is a Contract opportunity, with possible extension or conversion. This Learning & Development Coordinator will provide administrative support to L&D team processes. This includes but is not limited to: recording meeting notes, providing meeting summaries, creating detailed project plans, and ensuring team project timelines are communicated and prioritized. The ideal candidate will offer experience in designing, developing, piloting, and delivering learning programs for staff and management; diverse delivery methods to include instructor-led training, e-learning, blended programs, webinars and individual interventions

Learning & Development Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Coordinate schedule of classes, webinars, etc. including facilities assignment.
• Work with Subject-Matter-Experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers on new course and exam development.
• Work with leadership to identify training needs and to ensure course content, training methodologies and training materials meet those needs.
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing courses.
• Generate reporting of and ensure compliance on core curriculum.
• Identify needs for training including leadership and professional development.

Learning & Development Coordinator Requirements :

• BS Degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2-5 years of administrative, program coordination, or corporate experience required.
• Highly organized, professionally persistent, highly collaborative, and motivated to make a meaningful impact across all levels of the organization.
• Superior project management skills, ability to define a roadmap, identify resources needed to make it happen, and execute with excellence.
• Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
• Great analytical capability, ability to take multiple data/information points and derive insights to shape solutions.
