Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and actively seeking a full time Director of Social Work to join our great team. The Director of Social Work oversees the overall operation of the Resident and Family Services Department; organizes and plans Social Service Programs for residents and patients based on their individualized needs within the facility; coordinates activities with the community, outside facilities and agencies that can provide economic, psychological, and medical assistance; and helps the resident, patient, staff, and families with issues that impacts or prevents adjustment or any other aspect of the resident’s quality of life. We are a 180-bed facility committed to fostering an exceptional environment for both our residents and staff. If you're interested in becoming a part of our new team, we'd love to meet you!
